Natural persons of Hungarian citizenship founded Előregyártó-Szerelő és Építőipari Fővállalkozó (Preconstruction, Assembling and Building Industry General Contractor) private limited company - in brief ELŐ-SZER Ltd. - without an assignor in December 1989. The foundation aimed primarily at creating a company, which represents a high level of quality, is able to comply flexibly with market demands and especially meets the requirements of modern age. Our scope of services includes building industry general contracts, general building contracts and building engineering.

We employ a competent team, which ranges from experts with university degrees to master builders who always work in accordance with our customer focused company policy. We have a wide range of reliable subcontractors what guarantees a high level of quality and on-time work. The company's quality policy is best characterised by our quality management certificate MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 and MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005. Our principals include Hungarian and foreign companies, food industry companies, private and governmental clients. Our company wants that the investments and services being made in his name should meet the strictest standards and satisfy the demands of our customers, even at a more and more competing market.
